He is survived by: his stepchildren, Angie Hughes, Tina Humphrey (Robert), Samantha Humphrey (Steve), Ronnie Smith (Carolyn) and Gary Smith (Cherri); and his stepgrandchildren, Tiffany Rogers, Stephanie Lynch, Robert Humphrey, Dustin Humphrey, Kelsey Kennedy, Steven Humphrey, Avarie Humphrey, Zinia Smith, Gary Smith, Jonah Smith, Trish Norman, Chuck Courtney and Mike Courtney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many step great grandchildren.
