He was predeceased by: his father Joe Dan Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Phillips; his son Aaron Dale Phillips (Angie Grunden); and his siblings, Linda Smith (Doug), Brenda Allinger (Kevin) and Danny Joe Phillips Hickerson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
