He is survived by: his sons, Robert Kelly (Lillie) of English, Joseph Kelly (Joan) of Paoli and Michael Kelly (Julie) of English; his siblings, Berta Lou Absher of Georgetown, Charles Kelly Jr. of Corryton, Linda Fields (Herbert) of Whitesburg, Roger Day (Judy) of Whitesburg, Brenda Brown (Benny) of Whitesburg and Darrell Day (Brenda) of Whitesburg; and his sister-in-law Debbie Day. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 12 Great- Grandchildren.
