He was predeceased by: his parents, James Levi Ash and Pearl Esther Ash (Lofton); his former wife Joyce Ash; his siblings, Ruby Duemann, Evelyn Hanson, Dorothy Hansen, Ralph Ash, Norman Ash and Calvin Ash; and his daughters, Gilda Thompson, Dorcas Ash and Theresa Ash.
He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Ash (Bond); and his children, Timothy Ash (Josie), Jeffrey Ash (Angie), Denise Griffiths (Rex) and Stephanie Larsen. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (4027 E Goodman Ridge Rd, Marengo, IN 47140). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
