She was predeceased by: her fathers, John Thomas Crawford and Icely Mock (Holland); her husband Billie Shields; her brothers, Bill and Novy Crawford; and her grandchild Tala Midle.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Shields (Shirley), Bill Shields (Judy), David Shields (Anita) and Melody Shields-Bullis (Jack); and her grandchildren, Lora Gaesser (Gary), Robert Shields (Krista) and Sara Midle (Scott). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Due to the current situation of the Covid-19 situation, the family has chosen a private burial with a Memorial Service at a later date.
