He is survived by: his wife Carmalette McAdams Phelps Smith; his children, Roger W. Smith (Polly) of Carefree, Rita D. Culver (Marvin) of Alton, Rebecca "Becky Lea" Wolfe (Pete) of New Middletown and Reena G. Ruff (Hank) of Carefree; and his grandchildren, Zachary Culver, Trenton Culver, Travis Wolfe, Krista Briscoe, Kara Carver, Kimi Wolfe, Steven Smith, Caleb Smith, Tiffany Eckert, Christopher Smith, Alan Ruff, Marty Ruff and Josie Ruff. He is also survived by many loving great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
