He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Sturgeon and Dora Sturgeon (Hall); his wife Nova Sturgeon (Hensley); his son Warren "Bub" Sturgeon; his grandson Ryan Chambers; and his siblings, Mary Qualkenbush, Ozzie Sturgeon and Jerry Sturgeon.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Dakota, Kiona Kunkler and Kaitlyn Sturgeon; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Preston Chambers, Bryson and Kynlee Kunkler.
