With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jon Robert Combs of English, Indiana, born in New Albany, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 10, 2024 at the age of 66. He was predeceased by: his father John Ishmael Combs; his brothers, Timothy Paul and Kenneth David Combs; and his grandparents, Henry, Lottie Combs, Anita and Robert Batman.
He is survived by: his mother Sara B. Combs (Batman); his siblings, Laura Jane Combs-Moore (Dwayne) of Indianapolis, Karen Hanger (Jeff) of Marengo and Brian L. Combs (Gina) of Borden, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Byerly (Christy) of Lexington, Caleb Combs of Charlestown, Indiana, Sara Sherley of Radcliffe and Emily Hinckley (Alex) of Zhuhai, China. He is also survived by 4 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
