Johnson (Hollen) of English, IN and William Hollen (Debra) of Worthington, IN; his grandchildren, Charity Melton Frazier, Susanne Elizabeth Alyward, Jamie Joe Johnson, Megan Smith, Jacob Hollen and Donna Kathryn Harrison; his sisters, Peggy Schaber of Elwood, IN and Donna Helsley of Elwood, IN; and his sister-in-law Sue Hollen of Princeton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
