He is survived by: his daughters, Shaunna Wright of Oakland City and Jessica Lewis of Bristow, Indiana; his siblings, Wilburn Lewis of Milltown, Indiana, Lora Sexton, Mary Sexton of Bowling Green, Bonnie Lowe and Connie Lewis of Monticello, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Autumn, Zane, Jaden, Cassandra, Isabella and Freya.
