He is survived by: his wife Faye Collins of English; his children, Kyla Maness (Jed) of Jupiter, FL, Alicia Gryskiewicz (Jon) of Stuart, FL, Brandon Collins (Cara) of Palm City, FL and Aaron Collins (Sara) of Houston, TX; his brother Stewart Collins (Kim) of Bonifay, FL; the mother of his children Lucia Collins of Palm City, FL; his stepchildren, Shyannah Cortner of Rockford, IL, Starla Shawn Yeomans of Hot Springs, AR and Andrew Yeomans (Gabriel) of Hot Springs, AR; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Mitchell, Abe, Emilia, Ezra, Ava and Ella; and his stepgrandchildren, Ariana, Michael, Aria and Waya.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McAdams Mortuary (500 SW 1st St, Paoli, IN 47454). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the Grantsburg Cemetery (3237 Old Grantsburg Rd, Grantsburg, IN 47123).

“I will always remember him as Pastor Collins. He was our youth pastor back in the late 80s and he and Lucia genuinely cared about the teenagers. He cheered us on. My favorite memory of him would have to be when I had a brand new Mustang GT and he took some of us to the exotic car dealership and pretended to be my dad who was interested in trading for a Jaguar. So he got to test drive his the favorite car that day.”
