She was predeceased by: her parents, Guido Hensley and Anna Hensley (Underhill); and her son Gary Michael Cook (Marilyn). She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Cook (Dawn) and Donald Cook (Tammy); and her siblings, Beverly Heckler and Ruth Hartlerode. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
