He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Renee Barnes (Scott) of Hardinsburg, Traci Dawn Jerzak (Robert) of Osceola and Toni Lynn Eastridge (Tommy) of Taswell, Indiana; his sister Sylvia Roberts of Jeffersonville, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Caleb Kilburn (Libby), Lucas Jerzak, Nicole Jerzak, Marcus Eastridge, Ethan Barnes, Makenzie Barnes, Isaac Eastridge and Jacob Eastridge.
