He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Red" and Rose Headington (Zampa); and his brothers, Ronnie and Norman Headington. He is survived by: his wife Teresa E. Headington (Cox); his daughters, Maureen Kozier, Jessica Kinslow, Bettsy Matthis (Dan) and Brittany Bolt; and his grandchildren, Karissa Kozier, Galexie Manning, Maddie Campbell, Drew and Dylan Matthis. He is also survived by his friends and family, talking to his children and grandchildren.
