He is survived by: his close friend Donna L. Clements of English, Indiana; his children, Marcus G. Wilkes of English, Indiana, Lana Wilkes of English, Indiana and Gayna Montgomery of English, Indiana; his siblings, Lowell Robert Wilkes of Depauw, Indiana, Verna Smith of Sulphur and Patsy Eckert of Birdseye, Indiana; his grandchildren, Carson Wilkes, Kylie Wilkes, Leia Treft and Sarah Montgomery; and his great grandchildren, Cason Wilkes, Callen Wilkes, Jonas Allinger and Charlotte Treft.
