She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse; her parents, Loren C. Patrick and Clara Patrick (Watson); and her siblings, Edgar Patrick and Norma Buchanan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jill Shields (Tommy) of Monrovia and Phyllis Quintana (Armando) of Eminence; her grandchildren, Amy Teipan (Wayne) of Greencastle, Shannon Sims (Stacie) of Monrovia, Jason Sims of Eminence, Megan Sims of Eminence, Blane Shields (Amy) of Alpha, IL and Travis Shields (Amy) of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Ameya, Ava, Abigail, Josie, Joel, Michael, Arianna, Alorelei, Preston, Regan and Emerson; and her great great grandchild Forrest.
