He was predeceased by: his parents, James N. May and Nancy A. May (Fisher); his brothers, Larry and Richard May; and his brother-in-law Bill Souder.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly May (Brown) of Cloverdale; his children, Danny May (Stephanie) of Pittsboro, Indiana and Amy Caldwell (Travis) of Peru, Indiana; his stepson Wesley Odom (Caitlin) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his sister Linda Souder of Garrett, Indiana; and his father-in-law Wayne Brown of Eminence, Indiana.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
