He was predeceased by: his father James Clifford; his son Bruce Belcher; and his siblings, Joan Fisher and Ronald O. Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Marie Belcher (Best) of Eminence; his children, Andy Belcher (Sandy) of Eminence, Lisa Barnett (David) of Eminence, Keith Belcher (Barb) of Camby and Stephen Belcher (Danetta) of Eminence; his siblings, Jim Belcher (Sue) of DeBary, FL, Bob Belcher (Susie) of Monrovia, Jean Bray of Monrovia and Wanda Robbins (Jim) of Carmel; and his pet Marley. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, and 23 nieces and nephews.
