She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Phillips and Ruth Russell (Blake); her significant other Murl Taylor; and her sister Wilma Mynatt. She is survived by: her children, Angela Gibson (Russell) of Eminence, Quentin Taylor of Mooresville, Jason Taylor of Mooresville and Kelly Gaskins (Doug) of Martinsville; her grandchildren, Christopher Gibson, Taylor Tracy (Andrew), Hayleigh, Maighan, Liam Goskins, Kali Bischoff, Nathan, Logan, Morghan, Colin Taylor and Ali Avenatt; her great grandchildren, Tatum, Kolsyn Tracy, Macklin Hannon and Addie Bischoff; and her pets, Mittens and Zoe.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Corinth Baptist Church (4875 Plano Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
