He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Tinsley and Zelma L. Tinsley (Eidson); his brother Michael "Mike" Tinsley; his sister-in-law Linda; and his pet Hank.
He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Tinsley (Sarah) and Cory Tinsley (Jessica); his grandchildren, Benjamin Evans (MyKalah), Brodie "Pal" Tinsley and Aspen; his close friends, Caden "Banky" Tinsley of Aidyn and Sam; his brothers, Rev. Charles Tinsley (Joanna), Rev. Johnny Tinsley (Linda), Jimmy Tinsley (Melanie) and Jerry Tinsley; his sister-in-law Rosemarie Tinsley (Mike); and his friend Vicki Ratts. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
