He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Whited (Bill) of Downers Grove, IL, Bob Phillips (Diane) of Carmel, IN, Wayne Phillips (Brigitte) of Camby, IN, Joan Dice (Doug) of Sevierville, TN, Marcie Frazee (Jay) of Jacksonville, FL, Patrick Phillips (Jerri) of Elwood and Pete Phillips (Marti) of Columbus, OH.; and his niece Saundra Frazee.
