He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Martin and Frances Martin (Kuntz); and his siblings, Ronald Martin, Judy Kendall and David Martin.

He is survived by: his wife Rosanna "Rosie" Fromholz of Elwood; his son Kevin Martin of Elwood; and his brothers, Tom Martin (Cathy) of Oklahoma and Danny Martin of Elwood.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
