He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frye and Billie Frye (Shaw); and his brothers, Butch, Mike, Billy, Dan, John and Terry Frye.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Frye (Beeman) of Elwood; his children, Rickie Frye (Taylor) of Winchester, Charles "Chuck" Frye (Kylie) of Elwood and Madge Frye (Jeremy) of Pikeville; his grandchildren, Cohen Fyre, Emersynn Frye, Kaysonn Frye, Latisha Dawson, Tristan Dawson, PJ Johnson, Olivia Johnson and Steve Johnson; his great grandchild Rilee Dawson; and his brothers, Tom Frye (Toni) of Tipton and Tracy Frye of Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Elwood Animal Shelter.
