He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alley and Margaret Alley (Peitz); and his brother Jamie Alley. He is survived by: his siblings, Lee Ann Mengelt of Muncie, Mary Jo Stouder of Elkart, Ray Ellen Conner (Kevin) of Fishers and Carolyn Robertson; his aunt Ann Caplinger of Elwood; his cousins, Chris Alfrey and Andy Alfrey; and his nieces and nephews, Rob Frye, Gabriel Sigler, Sam Stouder, Cara Frye, Ariel Webster, Olivia Johnson and Maddie Johnson.
Memorial contributions may be to his favorite charity, Doctors Without Borders, a Nature Conservancy, or any Democratic candidate of your choice.
