He is survived by: his wife Donna Rigney of Elwood; his daughters, Amber Garcia (Isa) of Sarasota, FL, Kelley Romine of Sarasota, FL and Heather Deckard of Daleville; his stepsons, Richard McGinnis (Ashley) of High Springs, FL and Andrew McGinnis (Cacee) of Elwood; his mother-in-law Anna "Rosie" Rigney of Evansville; his sister Teresa Bell (Michael) of Evansville; and his grandchildren, Alexis Romine, Chris Romine, Brendon Romine, Olivia Romine, Dylan Romine, Jakob Deckard, Hunter Pitts, Hunter McGinnis and Jerimya McGinnis.
