She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Adams and Elsie Henderson (Easter); her husband Billy Payne; and her brothers, Don and Lonnie Adams.
She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Sipes, Billy Payne of Elwood and Randy Sipes of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Jerrika Rafferty, Hayden Thompson, Ryder Payne, Lillyan Payne, Kingston Payne and Paislee Payne; her sister Mary Johnson of Shelbyville; her stepdaughter Crissy Payne Dalton of Elwood; and her stepgrandchildren, Austin Whelling and Madison Davis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Peyton Manning Children's Hospital.
