He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis H. Jones and Donna Jones (Nash). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Jones (Sowash); his daughters, Melanie Brannum, April Long (Steve) and Jennifer Smith (Mark); his grandchildren, Cherl McPhearson (George), Derek Long (Ayla), Nathaniel Long, Ryan Smith, Zachary Long, Blake Smith, Katelyn Brannum, Lynnae Long and Jenna Smith; his great grandchildren, Braxton McPhearson, Bella McPhearson and Lincoln Long; his siblings, Sally Beckley (Jim), Jim Jones (Hilda), Tom Jones (Cheryl), Bill Jones (Tambi) and Terry Jones (Sandy); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Dever and Charles Sowash (June). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
