It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Holtsclaw of Elwood, Indiana, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Glen" Holtsclaw and Lillian Holtsclaw (Richardson); his wife Carlene Holtsclaw (Grimes); his siblings, Edward Holtsclaw, David Holtsclaw and Mary Kay Hobbs; and his grandson Denton Bryant.
He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Holtsclaw of Elwood; his stepchildren, Joseph Harrell (Nicole) of Elwood, Suzanne Harrell of Noblesville and Michelle Leavell (Scott) of Elwood; and his siblings, Ronnie Holtsclaw (Cathleen) of Detroit Lake, MN, Jerry Ray Holtsclaw (Diane) of Frankton, Judy Bucko of Valparaiso and Carolyn Whittaker (Terry) of Elwood. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren;14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
