He is survived by: his mother Kellie Jo Lacy (Deweese) of Elwood; his fiancé Ashlie Anthony of Elwood; his children, Tessa Caldwell, Wiley Caldwell, Hayden Lacy, Benny Lacy and Axel Anthony; his sister Tasha Hayes (Brittany) of Tennessee; his aunts and uncles, James Deweese, Ivy Teeter (Martin) and Delbert Lacy; and his cousin Misty Jeske of Elwood.
