He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil York and Maude York (McIlvain); his son Terry Lance York; and his grandson Neil Wiseman. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shelton of Elwood; his children, Steven York of Elwood, Vicki York of Elwood and Ricky York (Cheryl) of Kentucky; his daughter-in-law Melissa York of Elwood; his grandchildren, Urik York, Zebulon York, Kobe York, Alyssa Fields (Brandon), Michael York (Kim) and Christy York; and his great grandchildren, Faith, Connor, Lucy, Eli and Maci.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Copher - Fesler - May Funeral Home (415 S Anderson St, Elwood, IN 46036). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home (415 S Anderson St, Elwood, IN 46036).
