He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shelton of Elwood; his children, Steven York of Elwood, Vicki York of Elwood and Ricky York (Cheryl) of Kentucky; his daughter-in-law Melissa York of Elwood; his grandchildren, Urik York, Zebulon York, Kobe York, Alyssa Fields (Brandon), Michael York (Kim) and Christy York; and his great grandchildren, Faith, Connor, Lucy, Eli and Maci.
