Herbert F. Stahlke Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert F. Stahlke of Elwood, Indiana, who passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Otto F. Stahlke and Esther Wilhelmina Anna Stahlke (Meyer); and his siblings, Rudolph, John and Magdaline.
He is survived by: his wife Rev. Paulette Stahlke of Elwood; his children, Aaron Stahlke (Tasha Williams) of Indianapolis, Nathan Stahlke (Javier Rodriuez) of Omaha, NE and Rachel Stahlke (Alan Bever) of Muncie; his siblings, Lester Stahlke (Judith) of Alberta and Ellen Surburg (Paul) of Bloomington; and his brother-in-law Gergory Seibold of Perrysburg, OH.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (3401 S Dixon Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the "Music at Christ" concert series at Christ Lutheran Church in Kokomo.
