He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Saldivar; and his parents, Francisco Garcia and Virginia Garcia. He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia Ramirez (Edward), Lucy Garcia, Theresa Salazar (Joel) and Rosa Fisher (Ron); and his grandsons, Frank Garcia (Beth), Carlos Garcia (Linda) and John Paul Garcia. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
