He was predeceased by: his father Wayne C. Mosbaugh; his brother Brett H. Mosbaugh; his grandparents, Edgar, Virginia Harbit, Richard Mosbaugh and Marian Ebert; his uncles, Dick Mosbaugh and Lynn Mosbaugh; and his cousin Laura Savage.
He is survived by: his mother Denise E. Mosbaugh (Harbit) of Elwood; his children, Hannah M. Mosbaugh of Fishers and Ethan W. Mosbaugh of Florida; his stepson Braden Loepke; his niece Brooke Mosbaugh (Cian Rice); his nephews, Raleigh Mac Mosbaugh and Roman Mosbaugh; his aunts, Marie Mosbaugh and Dawn Mosbaugh; his cousins, Heidi Puckett, Sara Robinson and Jeff Mosbaugh (Brandi); and his close friends, Todd and Nancy McGuire of Elwood.
