He is survived by: his children, Theresa Jackel (Dave), David Worsley (Cindy), Kathy Bean and Mark Worsley (Terry); his grandchildren, Matt Jackel (Jamie), Andy Jackel (Whitney), Kristin Grigsby (Brad), Derek Worsley (Alyssa), Sydnee Macallister (Pat), Kelsee White (Brock), Troy Alan Worsley and Kevin Worsley (Aftyn); and his sister Lorraine Perdue. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
