He is survived by: his wife Cara Sue Lainhart of Elwood; his children, Scott Roby (Doug) of Indianapolis and Veronica "Mia" Roby of Elwood; his grandson Wade Leroy Roby; his siblings, Linda Kane of Elwood and Tim Roby of Elwood; and his uncle Jerry Doan (Deanna) of Gaston.
