He was predeceased by: his parents, John Deckard and Ruth Deckard (Vest); his sons, David Ollie Deckard, Jr. and Mark Anthony Deckard; his grandchildren, Thomas Deckard and Mahogany Madore; and his siblings, John, Cecil, Brady Deckard and Lola Mae Bragg.
He is survived by: his wife Jorja Deckard (Wilhoit) of Elwood; his daughters, Tina Knotts (Brian) of Elwood and Terri Winn (Jacob) of Elwood; his grandchildren, Sheena Sherrill (Jeff), Sharee Knotts (Jeff Bornes), David Deckard, John Deckard (Mariah Galvin), Brianna Leisure (Brandon), Andrew Winn, Samantha Madore, Christopher Deckard (Sonni) and Tiffany Deckard; and his great grandchildren, Lola Shay Sherrill, Dean Ollie Sherrill, Nora Quinn Sherrill, Carolyne Deckard, Ryland Leisure, Brenden Williamson, Miah Deckard, Kendrick Williamson, Kaydence Deckard, Jensen Deckard, Ryleigh Deckard, Adam Deckard, Devon Sawyer, Kallen Winn and Oaklei Winn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
