He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Carter and Lucina Carter (Owens); his daughter Everleigh Carter; his girlfriend Chloe Saylor; his grandparents, Max and Geneve Carter; his siblings, Nachelle, Randy Bennett, Anthony, Janette Carter and Bailey Carter; his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Lil Randy, Axle, Diesel, Jacob, Jaxson and Ellie; his brother Kevin Carter; and his grandparents, Shirley Owens, Gramps, Russell, Mary Eppelheimer, Eathel and Francis Carter. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Cory's girlfriend, Chloe Saylor and his infant daughter, Everleigh Carter. A donation box will be at the funeral home, located next to the sign in registry.
