Christopher A. Faulstich Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher A. Faulstich of Elwood, Indiana, who passed away on February 1, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Faulstich and Virginia Faulstich (Blair); his son Wade Faulstich; his sister Faith Renae Faulstich; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Thornberg and Joe Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Faulstich; his children, Curt Faulstich (Missy), Todd Faulstich and Brandy Faulstich; and his siblings, Mike Faulstich, Tim Faulstich (Joyce), Dennis Faulstich, Dana Faustich, Angie Green (Pat), Shawn Faulstich and Shelly Lowe. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Chris's name may be given to the American Cancer Society.
