Lewellen of Elwood, Indiana, born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Kochman and Rosalie Kochman (Albright); her husband Bob Lewellen; and her sister Cindy Hyman. She is survived by: her brother Kenneth "Allen" Kochman of Elwood; her nieces, Sherry Hyman of Elwood and Lori Vandermotten of New Haven; her stepchildren, Debra Rassel (Paul) of Pennsylvania, Bobby Lewellen (Debbie) of Arcadia and Ricky Lewellen of Tennessee; and her stepgrandchildren, Brooke, Lynn, Ashley, Cody, Brittany and Briana.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Shriner's Children Hospital or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
