He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Schwinn and Opal Schwinn (Heath); and his wife Paula Schwinn. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Nelson (Charles) of Santa Rosa, CA, Kevin Schwinn (Teri) of Fairmount and Rodney Schwinn (Lisa) of Summitville; his brothers, Dewey Schwinn (Kay) of New Castle and Peter Schwinn (Shirley) of Elwood; his grandchildren, Sarah Nelson, Laura Feric (Goram), Kyle Schwinn (Becky), Laura Schwinn (Colby Hixson), Abbi Moore (Brice) and Andrew Schwinn (Morgan); and his great grandchild Truitt Moore.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Center Christian Church in Fairmount.
