He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arlis K. Tyner (Becky) of Elwood and Judith O. Tyner-Higgins (Alumbaugh) of Anderson; his sisters, Rebecca "Michelle" Skidmore (Chris) of Carmel and Carrie Higgins; and his pet Lily.
In honor of Randy's love for animals, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart of Hoosierland Humane Society through the funeral home.
