He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Purcell and Lois Imjean Purcell (Byrer). He is survived by: his son Joe Mowder (Amanda) of Oquawka, Illinois; his grandchildren, Ryan (Sami) of Brett, CJ and Kholey; his great grandchildren, Rileigh, BrookLynn and Emma; his siblings, Pam Fields (Terry) of Mooresville and Mike Purcell (Louisa) of Bloomington; and his nieces, Emily, Marcy, Megan, Erin and Lora.
