It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John E. Burkhart Sr. of Elnora, Indiana, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Burkhart and Myrl Burkhart (Powers); his son Charlie Burkhart; and his brother Earnie Burkhart. He is survived by: his wife Gail Burkhart (Charles); his sons, Arthur "Artie" Burkhart (Barb) and John Burkhart Jr.; his granddaughters, Angela, Amy and Missy Burkhart; and his great grandchild Crystal Lynn.
