He is survived by: his wife Fay (Snider); his siblings, Jo Ann Huff, Michael Ray and Dennis Duane; his children, Jonathan Wayne (Laura), Emma Jean and Aimee Renee Welch (Tony); his stepdaughters, Evelyn Starlene Hall, Jacqueline Babette Hall and Wanda Fawn Holsapple (Ricky); and his grandchildren, Rebecca Sparks-Brown (Brad), James Sparks, Amanda Lavender (Brady), Candice Welch, Kenneth Welch and William Hall. He is also survived by six great-grand sons and five great-granddaughters.
