It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dewayne Lawrence of Ellettsville, Indiana, born in Fairfield, Illinois, who passed away on July 4, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lawrence and Ida Mae Lawrence (Fatheree); and his siblings, Larry, Jerry Lawrence, Rhonda Edgington, Laura Lawrence, Regina Stanford and Peggy Blair.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Lawrence (Taylor); his sons, Timothy and Matthew; his granddaughter Mya; and his adoptive daughter Rebecca Holmes. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
