He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Templeton and Laura Templeton; his son William "Paul" Templeton, Jr.; and his siblings, Preston Templeton, Arthur Templeton, Clarence Templeton, Roger Templeton, Florence Fleming and Marie Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Louise Templeton; his children, Diane Louise Bokovoy (Richard) of Shoreview, MN., Alfred Templeton (Jacquie) of Terre Haute, IN., Becky L. Hibbets (Sherwin) of Goshen, IN., Laura Ropple (Jack) of Elkhart, IN and Ted Templeton (Becky) of Goshen, IN; and his sister Marjorie Burbic of Alpha, NJ.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Stemm Lawson Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation (1531 Cobblestone Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46514). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
