She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Larry, Mary Heyde, Louis and Marge Horvath; and her uncle Thomas G. Heyde.
She is survived by: her parents, Susan E. Heyde-Maldonado (Ramon) of Elkhart and John M. Horvath (Connie) of Angola, Indiana.; and her siblings, Tara L. Dahl (Rustin Beavers) of Azle, Stephanie A. Suwyn (Tim) of Middleville, Shameka A. Null of Middlebury and Ramon S. Maldonado of Goshen, Indiana.. She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
