It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Lynn Johnson of Elkhart, Indiana, born in New Castle, Indiana, who passed away on September 23, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Floyd and Hester Floyd (Morgan); and her son Chris Adkins. She is survived by: her husband Larry W. Johnson; her daughters, Lisa Adkins and Bev Jones; her grandchildren, Bobby Adkins (Erin), Bryon McCarty (Stephanie), Samantha Schall (Nick), Victoria Folkner (Jason) and Preston Adkins (Sierra); her great grandchildren, Landon, Liam, Lucian, Christian, Olivia, Salem, Parker, Eli, Madison and Ellie; her siblings, Scott and Jeanie; and her caregiver Judy Hemminger. She is also survived by extended family, friends.
