He was predeceased by: his father Charles Dougall; and his brother Charles Dougall Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Agnes Dougall (Clark); his sister Becky Stewart (Marvin) of Edwardsburg; his nephew Paul Stewart (Ari); and his niece Kathryn Allen (Travis).
