She was predeceased by: her fiancé Norman Eash; her son Jay Dean Michael; and her sister Janelle Logan. She is survived by: her mother Vicki Hoogenboom (Steven); her children, Caleb, Bailey, Ava and Jaxson; and her siblings, Samantha Alexander (Tim), Justine Miller (Michael Garcia), Autumn Smartt (Chris), Brittney Ramirez (Michael) and James Logan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
